End of Dolpa

I always get a big letdown at the end of a con and this one was no different. By the time I was about 3/4 of the way through the booths, dealers were already packing up. I rushed through the rest and then realized that I hadn't taken any pictures of my kids...or eaten.

Even Hana looks exhausted as I wolf down an onigiri and vegetable juice, already late to meet Robert at the other side of the monorail station. The little doll I had gotten at Odaiba Decks the day before was a big hit. People loved the doll with a doll.

A lot of people took pics of Hana and me together -- I just don't happen to have any, but here is Hana with the Big Sight roof above her. We were dressed in similar outfits of Japanese tops, pleated skirts and striped tights.

I realized early on that I couldn't manage to carry three dolls, a purse, doll carrier, camera and bags of purchases, so the little boys, carrier and bag of Volks clothes got put in a locker for the day. Here you can see that the little boys are pissed off for having missed Dolpa. Took a couple of days before they would speak to me again. At least they are wearing their new, Fancy Lads approved, ruffled Volks shirts.
